Apartment Santner

The apartment is situated in the house, which has been built according to climate house standard B. This stands for careful planning, compact design, high thermal insulation of the building envelope, thermal protection windows, avoidance of thermal bridges, use of sun energy and, last but not least, optimized building equipment. Solar panels on the roof use sun energy to generate warm water. Therefore, no additional energy supply is required in the summer. The heating system is fired with wood from our own forest and provides floor heating for pleasant warmth.
